Salon Policies & Guest Information
We strive to provide a premium, relaxing experience for every guest. To ensure our studio runs smoothly and safely, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies.
Deposits and Cancellations

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.

Rescheduling: While deposits are non-refundable, they are fully transferable to a future appointment if you reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your original booking.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
Child Safety Policy
To maintain a serene environment and for the safety of your little ones, we maintain a strict no-children policy. Our salon contains sharp tools, hot styling equipment, and chemicals that are not safe for children. We ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your visit so you can fully enjoy your appointment.
Service Adjustments (Redos)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your results. If you feel an adjustment is needed:

Please contact us within 7 days of your original service.

Scheduling: All adjustment services must be performed during regular business hours. We do not open the salon for adjustments during closed hours, weekends, or holidays.
Communication and Boundaries
To ensure our team maintains a healthy work-life balance and provides the best service during the day:

Business Hours Only: All inquiries, bookings, and adjustment requests will be responded to during business hours only.

After-Hours: If you message us while the salon is closed, we will respond as soon as we return the following business day.
