TRUE MUSE POLICIES

​Age Requirement
-All clients must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at the time of your appointment.

Deposits
-A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits are applied toward the final cost of your tattoo and reserve your appointment time.

Rescheduling & Cancellations
-Appointments must be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Requests to reschedule with less than 24 hours notice may result in the loss of the deposit. Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and may be required to submit a new deposit to book again.

Late Arrivals
-Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule depending on the schedule for the day. Late arrivals may result in the loss of the deposit.

Health & Hygiene
-For the safety of both the client and artist, clients must arrive to their appointment in good health and with proper personal hygiene. -Clients experiencing illness, contagious conditions, or skin irritation in the area being tattooed may be asked to reschedule their appointment.

Client Communication
-All questions or concerns regarding appointments or services must be submitted via email. Messages are reviewed during normal business hours only. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.

Guests
-Due to the small studio environment, guests are not permitted during appointments unless previously discussed.

Right to Refuse Service
-True Muse Tattoo reserves the right to refuse service for any reason, including inappropriate behavior, health and safety concerns, or requests outside the scope of work offered.
